More than 6,000 professionals attend Herbalife ‘Spectacular’

Herbalife recently held its yearly event titled ‘Spectacular’ for over 6,000 of its top distributors at Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC) last month. Bangalore-based activation company Go Live Media was brought in to plan and execute the three-day event which included a concert, two back-to-back days of training as well as an awards ceremony and a VIP luncheon with Mary Kom.

The event serves the purpose of encouraging top Herbalife distributors in each geographical zone as well as getting them to mingle with personalities like Mary Kom and company leaders from across the world. This year, apart from Bangalore, the event was also held in Delhi and Ahmedabad.

The agency’s responsibilities for the event included creating the customer journey with thematic fabrication and associated logistic management. Additionally, Go Live Media organised the artistes and co-ordinated with the personalities for the concert and the VIP sessions across the two days. The agency also organised and manned Herbalife shake counters at the venue as well as product displays for the public.

Playback singer Anusha Mani was brought in to perform for the Valentine-themed party on the first day. Qualifying distributors were provided access to a VIP area at the venue where they could get closer to the celebrities. The next two days saw the training and recognition ceremonies for top performers as well as an interaction and photo session with Mary Kom.

GO Live Media manages the Embassy of the Republic of Korea’s project

GO Live Media was the preferred agency to manage the Embassy of the Republic of Korea’s project for Korean president visit at The Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi.
South Korean President Park Geun-hye, the country’s first woman president, was in India on a four-day State visit, providing a valuable opportunity to New Delhi and Seoul to impart new dynamism to their bilateral relations. A high profile Korean delegation also addresses heads of industries & institutions to promote trade & cultural exchange between the two countries.

The highly sensitive event with key address by the president of Korea & other institutional heads was managed by GO Live Media. The event implemented the state of the art Simultaneous Interpretation system among other technical gear.

The presidential team from the Korean delegation was thrilled to have found all technical, & legal knowhow in the GO Live Media representatives. All the planning & rescheduling was easily accommodated by the GO live Media Team, which eventually delivered a precision event.

Mandom Corporation launches GATSBY in Mumbai

Men’s cosmetics brand, GATSBY was officially launched in Mumbai by parent company Mandom Corporation Japan, via its Indian subsidiary, Mandom Corporation India. Go Live Media was put in charge of the management and execution of the event, which was held on June 5 at ITC Grand Central Hotel in Mumbai. Actor Varun Dhawan has been signed on as the brand ambassador and Dentsu Creative Impact has been assigned the media and creative duties.

GATSBY has been present in the Indian market since a while now, but has only begun its positioning activities recently. It is looking at taking on its competition in the India market. Moving forward, GATSBY has several other events planned within the country, with the Mumbai launch being the first. The launch event, which was divided into two sessions, was largely attended by the media. The business media was addressed in the morning session, and the lifestyle media in the afternoon session. Television Commercials (TVCs) planned for the brand were also revealed at the event.

Speaking about the launch event, Takayuki Enomoto, Marketing Head, Mandom Corporation India, said: “We are all very excited about launching GATSBY Water Gloss in India and starting our marketing activities in full swing with our brand ambassador, Varun Dhawan. We plan to cultivate a ‘Hair Styling Culture’ in India. We are looking forward to influencing young men through Varun and expect this association to boost the brand’s visibility in India.”
